Yoga Offerings
Teaching Schedule
As a certified yoga instructor, I offer a variety of classes available to all skill levels and modes of practice. For those that are looking to make yoga a regular part of their lives, I recommend committing to a practice of 2-3 classes per week. The following are group classes that I offer Live-streamed via Zoom.
Weekay classes can be booked directly at the Resolution Health website. For Saturday online classes, please reach out directly via my Contact page to confirm which class you wish to attend.
Looking for individualized attention towards your yoga practice? Aside from my group classes, I offer private sessions in which I can devote my time to develop and fine-tune your yoga practice enhancing your connection to the mind and body. I offer private yoga both online and in-person at Resolution Health Collaborative, located in downtown Madison, WI.
Feel Good Foundations (Live Online)
Monday-Friday 12:00pm-1:00pm Livestream via Resolution Health
All-Levels class, aimed at improving circulation in the body and bringing a calming ease to the mind. Excellent for working people who need to feel active during their day, yet want to be able to jump right back into work afterward. To book, please visit Resolution Health’s website directly.
Heart-Opening Hatha (Live Online)
Monday-Friday 4:30pm-5:30pm & 6:00pm-7:00pm Livestream via Resolution Health
Intermediate energizing class, aimed at deeply stretching and stabilizing the musculoskeletal system. A general class flow might begin with breathing and mindfulness, warming up the body, getting into an energizing flow, cooling down to more deeply held postures, and ending with guided visualization or silence. Energized Flow (Live Online)
Saturdays 9:00am-10:00am via Zoom
For those of us who like to get up and get our sweat on. I host a LIVE Saturday morning online class via Zoom to make way for our changing seasons and to allow more people to access classes from the comfort of their own home. This is a great opportunity to connect with your community, continue practicing mindfulness, and practice in a safe environment.

All-Levels class, aimed at improving circulation in the body and bringing a calming ease to the mind. For those who are unable to attend in-person classes but are looking to stretch and flow to get their Saturday’s started in the comfort of their own home. Classes are hosted LIVE online via Zoom.
